Our commitment towards community causes has been unwavering since our inception in 2009. We as a socially responsible corporate has an in-house Sustainability Team responsible for identifying and addressing various sustainability issues.

We organize camps at old age homes and donate them ‘gifts’ during the festive seasons. The gifts which are required in their daily life such has bags, clothes, woollen clothes, beds, fans, rice bags, fruit & medicines etc.

CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT

We have very professional and well trained CSD, with people who handle complex enquiries providing quick solution in a timely manner. The turnaround time (TAT) for solving any of your Query is less than 7 minutes. Daily interaction with the clients by our Executives helps us in achieving a “zero defect” service. The CSE’s also bridges the gap between the client and DCCL by scrupulous follow up with the client.

NIGHT OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT

After receiving the documents from the scanning depts. the documents get sorted out area wise and Hub wise. Our stores have the capacity of sorting on an average of 30,000 documents per day. After this exercise the executives get the documents duly manifested according to the area and sub-hubs and the loads are ready for delivery by 6.00 am in the morning for the B.A’s.

FILING DEPARTMENT

This Department is one of the important departments as the Filing of Run Sheets (DRS) is crucial from the Judicial Angle. Since these records are Proof of Delivery (P.O.D) for the concerned client, they are filed for future reference. It can be retrieved any time within a period of six months from the date of delivery. The legal implications depend entirely on the Feed Back given by this Department.

SCANNING DEPARTMENT

This department is a very crucial department since the Data for all the documents given by our client is stickered and all doc’s are scanned on to our electronic database. After the creation of Data they send the consignment to the Night OPS department.

VERIFICATION DEPARTMENT

This department is a very unique Dept. wherein our Executives do a Random calling to the End customer to check whether he/she has received the documents with in the stipulated time. This Random checking helps us in curtailing any type of Non-Delivery issue at a preliminary stage.Our experienced Rep’s in this Dept. Check the (DRS) for any embezzlement done by the Delivery Executives and take corrective measures to achieve “Zero Error”.

PICK-UP DEPARTMENT

Our Executive Pick-up provides a timely service irrespective whether its day or night as per the requirement of the client. The staff at PUD are a bunch of highly enthusiastic and energetic guys who are well trained and mannered. Our pick-up staffs are very well equipped with pick-up bags with closed water proof bags which are all climate resistant.
